We are a small family run business, who take care packing each and every order. We package orders 7 days a week, but we only have the post collected Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
We generate orders at 9am sharp every morning. So if you ordered before 9am (even 1 minute before) chances are high your order will be sent that day.
Exceptions include custom build products, or some large orders that go by DHL (as DHL collect from us very early, 10am, we don't always have time from 9am to 10am to pack all large orders.
Custom build consoles and products are hand build and as there is only one person building them, there is often anywhere from 2 to 8 day build times before dispatching.
